How long do they stay fresh?
Up to 5 days in an airtight box at room temperature. Brownies are great from the fridge too. Warm a cookie for 10 seconds for gooey.
Can I order for the same day?
Not yet. We bake every order fresh, so we need 24 hours’ notice and the earliest delivery date is tomorrow. Party trays need 48 hours.
Do you have nut-free options?
Swad’s Classic, Misha’s Sassy Double Choc, Baby Monkey’s Biscoff Bomb, The Family Fudge, Monkey Swirl, Sweet & Salty and Safeer’s Turbo Brookie have no nuts in the recipe. Everything is made in a kitchen that also handles nuts, so we can’t promise they’re safe for a nut allergy.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Yes. Add a gift note when you build your box or at checkout, and enter the address and phone number of the person receiving it. We’ll write your message on the card.
Do you do office or event orders?
Yes. Party trays hold 24 pieces and need 48 hours’ notice. For bigger orders or branded thank-you notes for clients and teams, message us for a quote.
How do I pay with bKash?
Choose bKash at checkout. Send Money for the order total to our bKash number, then copy the transaction ID (TrxID) from your bKash SMS, paste it in and place your order. We check the payment and confirm your order. Cash on delivery works too.
